Stars for keywords on Google Search ( increased CTR ) (Cheat Inside) (Merry Xmas)

If you have been wondering how some webmasters have been able to get stars on there website from the search engines I can show you now how to do so. You can use microformats however this does take some time to gather enough votes in which Google will start publishing them stars next to your site. Now you can add the following code below to show the stars within 24 hours or so. Things I have learned from doing this:

1. This is abusing Google and their intentions.
2. A good chance Google catches this quickly and stops allowing the stars.
3. People will abuse this system
4. It increases clicks and signups
5. It works.

If you have never viewed the stars for a search term before now you can below. This is just a random one I found on Google in which they got up the right way.


Now this is completely up to you if you so choose to use this code. I use it on several sites and conversions/clicks have raised almost 30% from the week prior. All you need to do is add this code to your main page html page and the next time Google updates your site it will show on Google.

I have no doubt it works to increase CTR but this seems really spammy to me. I am sure the 30% increase in CTR will be nice until you get nuked. You could install one of the wordpress ratings plugins to get stars in the search results while giving users the ability to rate the page, but if it's not a review style of site it still seems spammy to me.

besides from that, if you got an all in one page, let's say trying to rank for xyz poker, xyz poker review, xyz poker bonus etc, i wonder if you are going to make it a review like this, if you could still be seen as authoritive for xyz poker. i guess not, since it's more obvious that you are a reviewer of xyz poker, and should not be authoritive for xyz poker itself.

Any word if/when google is gonna nuke the sites doing this?? Its cutting into my wallet but can't bring myself to do it.

I'm guessing that the indication to make the text produced by the code white is more to fit in with a site that you have in operation rather than you are looking to conceal the presence here AK?

For those that are using white backgrounds for their text, you will need to alter the code to show the text or will find yourself being slapped for 'cloaking' text (although i know that is not the intention from AK)
