Would this casino content be classed as thin?

I have come to the realization that a good part of the reason i had my bingo website penalized was because the site is pretty thin in terms of the value it offers. IE, most of the content was reviews only. I dont want to make this mistake on my next website, so i am writing longer reviews with videos. I am also going to be writing a lot of content like this blackjack article: Blackjack Guide – Rules, Strategy and Odds!

What do you think of the quality, is this something that would help me not get penalized by panda? Suggestions and improvements on how to make it better?
