Default EMDs still a good idea?

Planning on putting together few EMDs for few of the skins on ongame and UK based sportsbettors. The keywords targeted are: xxx bonus, xxx bonus code etc. (xxx = room name)

Two reasons I'm doing this 1) is to test the waters with affiliate marketing and 2) to bring in a quicker stream of income than building a brandable site. This obviously comes with a risk.... since all of the rooms advice against this in their T&C. Some people have had their domains taken down and some still have it up making money.

Of course it's hard to say but how likely are those domains to be taken down nowadays once I get them ranked number 1, 2 or 3?

The rules are different for each poker room. Some rooms expressly forbid it and follow through on their threats, some poker rooms say they forbid EMDs but don't follow through and some rooms don't care. I have no idea how it works at Ongame.

I think you can still make a little quick money with EMDs, but it looks like Google is changing how it views things and is trying to rank big authority sites more. But there's still a place to rank with EMDs in my opinion. I wouldn't bet my life savings on an EMD, but if you want some quick cash, I'd give it a shot.
Even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward.

I'd focus your resources to just a few solid sites that don't try to exploit brands this way. Especially with all the BS happening lately in this industry you might spend a fortune and months of work to build a brand that won't exist in 10 months or that wants a domain that should belong to him. I'd rather go into some ridicolous niches like bestpokervipprogramscompared.com or something like that.

EMD's will always be a good idea.

The real question... is infringing on a TM a good idea...
