    Default Best Domain Names

So lets say that a new poker room launches, let's call them "XYZ" at xyz.com. What domain names would you want most if everything was available? Maybe like xyznews.com, xyzbonus.com, xyzpoker.com, even xyz.org?

Are you likely to run into any legal trouble by using any of these?

Eventually, you will run into legal trouble, even if at the time you signed up the room said nothing about this. If the poker room becomes big enough or if your site becomes very visible in the SERPS, you will get trouble. I personally wouldn't waste my time on such a project. Others might say that it's worth it because you can potentially earn some decent money until they trouble starts.

Having all your keywords in your domain name isn't necessary. Poker rooms usually dislike you competing with them directly like that, so if the idea is to promote them this often will have them wanting to kick your ass not pay you So it's not hard to come up with a different domain name and still promote the crap out of the keywords. I would always ask them first if you plan on getting them in your domain.

As the PKR thread above perfectly illustrates, even if you get permission from the room, even if you're providing a great service, the room can still turn around months or years later and cut you off.

Sometimes you will see sites in the serp's that seem to be making a pretty penny for their owners, but in reality the site could be abandoned as the room has cut off the aff, or it could actually belong to the room as the domain has been handed over to the room to avoid being cut off.

It can still be worth developing these types of domains, just don't make it your main source of income and don't go all 'woe is me' when they cut you off / demand the domain. It doesn't matter if it is legal for them to do so or not, if they stop paying you, they stop paying you.

Everything notspot said. It's potentially a part of a larger portfolio but should not be your core focus.
