Adding Google Analaytics To Wordpress Blog

Can someone help me with this? I've downloaded the plugin but I have no idea how to use it. The zip is just some images and a js file.

If the plugin you are using doesn't work, try one of these two (I have used them, so i know they work).

Depending on your theme you may be able to just add the code that google analytics gives to you in the footer. I have found this to be the easiest way and you cover every page.

I would suggest that you buy a domain and host the blog yourself.

So by adding the code to your footer, you can eliminate having to add the code individually to every single page?

I find this way to be the simplest since it takes only a minute to do. If the footer is encrypted then you can add the code in your header instead for the same effect.
