Google showing 2 different versions of same page

I did some linkbuilding for a few low competition long tails over the past few weeks. I'm now appearing on front page of Google for one of the keyword phrases. The bizarre thing is the same page is appearing twice in the results. One listed page has the old title tag I had on the page and the other result has my most recent title tag. Even stranger still, SEO Quake is showing the 1st result as PR n/a and the second result as PR2

Anyone got a clue whats going on?

if it is showing different results from seo quake, are you sure it is the SAME EXACT url?

Yep definitely the exact same url, showing 2 different sets of title tags and 2 different page ranks

somewebsite.com and www.somewebsite.com are not the same URL. The site in your signature has duplicate content so that is probably what is happening.
