I stumbled upon this "Warning Dangerous Downloads" in Yahoo SERP today.
Had anyone already seen something similar, maybe with other messages?

Hmm never saw that before but to have warning like that surely something is dodgey
Looks like Yahoo! is following in Google's footsteps and offering malware warnings. While this can be good for random searchers, the warnings are sometimes unnecessary and many Webmasters have complained about them.
If your site receives one of these malware warnings from a major search engine you should first make sure your account has not been compromised. Some advertising networks, however, are tripping malware warnings because they install stuff on visitors' computers (the advertising industry has complained about being blacklisted like this).
If you're sure you have nothing on your site that should trigger the warning, you should contact the search engine and seek reconsideration. They should make a contact form or address available to you through their Webmaster consoles (you have to authenticate your sites with the search engines -- basically "register" your sites with them).
Sometimes there is nothing wrong with a site but the server it is hosted on is compromised. In that situation you need to contact your hosting ISP and if they cannot or will not resolve the issue you should move your site to another service.

Thanks for the tips!
