Default Reasons for pages not being indexed??

I have most of my pages indexed in Google but for some reason one of what I thought would be my main pages just wont index?

Is there any glaring reason for this? If most of my site is indexed why would Google leave out one (very important) page? and is there anything I can do about it?

Too general a question to answer without a url, otherwise I'd love to take a look and venture a guess.

I think it was the actual url, so I have deleted it and put up a new one: Poker Tactics / Poker Lessons / Poker School

No I've never ever made a site map. Is that an important factor that I've just been over looking all this time?

I guess I never focused on ot because my other pages were all being indexed and then ranking just by adding content and getting links I guess.

Any help (other threads?) about creating one would be great. Do you think it makes a difference that it's a PAS site?

Making a site map for your site also matters and its an additional site data that can be crawled also by Search Engines.

As you were saying, one of your site's subpage is not being indexed, I would suggest you to do Deep Link Directory Submission. Submitting your sub page URL rather than your homepage.
