Losing rankings

Hey

Im running poker portal Poker Community - Exclusive Community for Poker Ballers , used to rank before for "poker community" which is the front pages title (didnt rank well but still ), and now when im checking my ranks with my rank checking tool it says it doesnt rank at all anymore. Also I have dropped a bit with "ongame valueback" keyword rank (from 4th to 7th). Troubles started when I launched the language pages, so propably im doing something wrong SEO wise...
Should I be worried now? All tips are greatly appreciated!

Probably just normal reshuffling of a new site. Also you have duplicate content of your homepage.
