I've got the same thing. Its just a weird thing. Obviously your link is showing for when that user visited bing, but its not there full time. They are randomizing maybe?

MSN has always been VERY VERY geolocated in its results, so it wouldn't be a surprise for a site to be ranking some place on Earth but the owners not able to see it themselves.
