WTF notebooks-brazil???

What the hell is this about?
Im getting referral visits from this site to half of my sites and i have no clue what it is about, and the site is without any content!
Should i be worried?
Maybe blog the traffic!

I got a small spike from there as well. It was to two sites that I don't currently work on and rarely get traffic.

I got something similar a couple of weeks ago (different site, but similar topics). I'm fairly confident that it is just referrer spam, where someone pretends to have been sent to your site from his own website in the hopes that you will go to his site to see what is going on, and then get a sudden urge to buy a laptop through his affiliate link.

There are also some websites that publish their referrer logs with a backlink, and spammers try to gather a couple of links that way.

This is some kind of spam/black-hat seo sort of thing.

First, the site has no content.

Second, the site is meaningless, because a notebook site from Brazil in English?

Notebooks are much more expensive here in Brazil, so it makes no sense for foreign people to buy here.

And please remove the link because they got one linkback on this thread
