About LinkBacksAnyone else noticed that recently almost all directory/resource/link pages have been greyed out in the toolbar. I've also noticed it on a few in-content exchanges with sites where the page used to have PR. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Anyone else noticed that recently almost all directory/resource/link pages have been greyed out in the toolbar. I've also noticed it on a few in-content exchanges with sites where the page used to have PR. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
No mine went green but the only change I made was half the page now links out on its own with none coming back from those sites.
Mind you nearly all resource pages I've seen (ever) are grey bar...very few actually display a toolbar value.
