I have a rakeback website and i want to target mainly french market but also english market.

What is the best for multilanguage site, using subdomain like fr.mysite.com or to have mysite.fr for the french part and mysite.com for the english part?

Both ways are good... Using subdomain is cheaper and easiest way. Having two sites, .fr and .com can double your chances to get new players but you will spend more time and effort promoting them with succes. Best way is that you will choose- just do it to the end...
