    Default Picking Apart WP Duplications

    http://www.4flush.com/online-gamblin...e-remodel/477/

    and

    http://www.4flush.com/gamblingnews/o...e-remodel/477/

Are an example of dupe pages with dupe tags as complained about in my WP backend..

So how do I start fixing that here. What should I block, change. Etc

Looks like 'http://www.4flush.com/gamblingnews/' is just a duplicate of 'http://www.4flush.com/'. Not sure why that is, but it just redirects to the root url. I would just noindex, nofollow the '/gamblingnews/' folder from your robots.txt file, unless you can just get rid of it altogether.

I'm a little perplexed on why '/gamblingnews/' exists or how it was created.

Without looking at your backend, I'd say this is a result of some funky permalink structure you have going on. Why does /gamblingnews/ exist? It's obviously something setup that way. Either it's some weird page hack thingy that I've seen a lot of lately (TJ) or it's being used instead of /category/.

I just saw it's not the second and there's another big problem going on:

    http://www.4flush.com/category/online-gambling-news/
    http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/
    http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/page/2/

You are hotlinking to an incorrect permalink! The url for the category "online gambling news" is the first one, not the second one. Just look at what happens when you try and go the second page.

In your top navigation bar, you are linking to http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/, which seems to return the correct page. However, scroll down to the bottom of the page where it say "Next Page". This link should, obviously, give you the next page from this category. That page returns a 404 not found, though.

This is because while http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/ is technically a valid url, it's not a valid category url.

Now, look at each post on http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/, where it says filed under, the correct permalink for this url is http://www.4flush.com/category/online-gambling-news/

Simple answer: Redirect http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/ to http://www.4flush.com/category/online-gambling-news/

Other option: Turn http://www.4flush.com/online-gambling-news/ into a hub page for the news with latest news on it, remove the "next" link and setup the page entirely different than the news category page to try and avoid dup content.
