Need advice on 301 redirect

I have a site, zenrakeback, which is pretty much unused, and i want to redirect all of it's pages to one of my other sites to transfer the link juice. I don't host the site myself, as it's on a solution type network. Can i set the 301 redirect through my domain registra, or will i have to ask the solution to run the redirect through their servers? I know nothing about this sort of thing and it's the first time that i've attempted it so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unless you are going to reuse the content, I would just use the domain side 301 and 301 the entire site to your new one.

Edit: looking at your site, there is little content so yeah 301 the domain to your new domain.

How do i do that? Through my freeola account (like godaddy)?

Ok. I've found how to do it and redirected zenkickback as a tester. One thing that's confusing me though. If my site was hosted on freeola and i redirected all the pages that'd be fine, but as my site is hosted on an independant server, once i stop the domain pointing there then those pages no longer exist so how can they be redirected?
