Pokerstars Cashouts

When I cash out my affiliate revenue each month I have to wait 3-4 days to even have my cashout approved. They say they have 72 hours to approve a cashout but they go over this without even offering an excuse. Its bad enough that the affiliate payments always happen at the end of the month of beginning of the next.

Is anyone else experiencing problems similar to this?

My cashout, or account was actually flagged this month. It wouldn't let me cashout at all. I emailed them and they said I was under a review, but all was good and I was fine and could cashout.....

So yeah, I dunno. I don't get upset about them paying at the end of the following month, at least they pay. Usually I get a bankwire within 24-36 hours of requesting one, so I can't complain much about that at least.

Thanks for the info. I was flagged a couple months ago too and seem to be flagged again as it's 12 hours past the 72 hour deadline. No replies from support either. Writing them before the 72 hours is up usually just results in one of those auto-replys. It's just frustrating.

Pokerstars should add bankwire as an option in the affiliate backend. Put a $1k minimum on it or something and give people the choice to opt in. Then they could just send the info to the financial dept and our cashouts could be approved instantly. No more pointless 3-4 day delays.
