I don't really know what I'm talking about - but I would have guessed Cubs, Seattle and GB were much weaker than the teams on the other side of the draw.

    I couldn't resist....

Anyway it seems the books are predicting a Packer outright win. Pinny has ATL +541 to win the Super Bowl. GB is +620. Note that for GB to do it they are going to have to win 2 road games where ATL would have have 2 home games but their odds are almost identical.

Also the +2.5 is suspect. This game should have been a pick at best. ATL is sick overrated and GB proved at the end of the year when they got healthy that they are the best team in the NFC. That team got NE down to the wire with a QB that had never played in the NFL and little running game, that's how good they are. ATL got to beat up on Carolina twice, overrated Tampa who played an even easier schedule twice and feast on the NFC West so their record is really a mirage. They could not have gone 13-3 had they played either of the other 2 NFC divisions. In fact I would think they would at best have gone 2-2 vs the North or East, probably 1-3 depending on where they played the average teams.

I can't see how in the world the Falcons are going to the Super Bowl. The bandwagon jumpers are going to be in for a huge surprise when they get slaughtered by the Packers or Bears who are far superior teams.

Just my opinion but I wouldn't be putting any of my money on the Falcons hype.

I hope you guys listened to me and didn't throw your money away on the Falcons. The Falcons could be the worst #1 seed in the history of the NFL and played like it for sure.

I'm glad I didn't follow you on your Ravens +3.5 pick either... haha jk that one coulda went either way.

Steelers vs Packers in the Super Bowl would be a perfect match up for me... I put $100 on the Packers to win the NFC preseason paying $700 total.

    Lets go Jets tomorrow!

Ravens punt return for TD that got called back was shady. There was no hold, no matter how many time you watch it no matter what angle you see it from. Besides that was going to be a close game and it was, it could have landed anywhere.

The Packers OTOH was a gift. They Falcons are not a 13-3 team, they beat the only three good teams they won against (Saints, Ravens and Packers) by a combined 9 points and in every one of those they could have easily lost getting lucky at the end.

The Falcons need to plug up some wholes intheir secondary. Until then good passing teams like the Pack will thrash them.

I wasn't as big on today's games but I took the dogs. So far Seattle is getting slaughtered so bad Pinny already has the GB/CHI like up (GB-3).

As previously stated I don't know much about this game... but when I was in the US I watched a fair few games. The Bears and the Packers sucked balls when I watched them. Maybe they were having mid-season slumps or something.

I still think the winner will come form the other side - Steelers/Jets
