I got disconnected today in the final stages of a $50 SNg. Software just froze first, when I tried to reconnect, I couldn't at first. Then I got reconnected, but couldn't click the "I am back" button. Restarted my computer, reconnected for a moment (I was practicall blinded out in 3rd position in the 6 player SNG at that time), then was kicked out again. My internet connection was working with no problems. After I was out, I saw one of the remaining players having the same problem.
Had that problem from time to time in the past, even re-installed the software, contacted support - nothing has helped.
Anyone has had similar experiences lately? I have now demanded a full refund - but knowing FT support, they probably don't give a damn...
