Obviously, but you keep making it seem like I knew he and only he would call.
I did manage to win around $300 of it back from him later on when he was a bit too aggressive.
I guess the propensity for a bluff here is much higher when someone has a draw, but there were still tons of uncompleted draws that I beat on this turn, and some that were only now a factor (QT, KT, etc.).
My comment to him when debating the river call was "If you were 40 years older I would have folded by now". I was just convinced that his age categorized him into the over aggressive stereo type (which wasn't too far off, just wrong here) and that led me to calling off each street.
He also shrugged and was just acting like he wanted a fold on the river when I was talking to him. Just a bad read and my fault for assuming too much.
If I play the hand again my turn call is dependent on the card itself on the turn and hopefully some history. I don't think I call this river again against too many players, but I probably do against some.
I might play tomorrow for awhile; I might wait till Thursday. I usually have some sort of interesting hands so I'll post any that come up.
