Is PokerStove Working For You?

The last live tourney I played I found myself in several very marginal spots, and I was hoping to mess around with PS to evaluate my decisions but it seems to not be working. I am inputting the hand ranges as normal but the equities are taking forever to calculate it's like it's in an endless loop do I have to update the software or something?
