Around 7 weeks later and we still haven't received either of the checks. Maybe this money will come in handy next Xmas. The worst part is continuously being lied to on Livechat. Some people just say it should arrive in a few more days. After a few days we go back and they said the same thing. This process was repeated several more times after that. About a week ago a girl told us that the check was officially sent a few days prior. A few days later Nicole goes back to livechat and the next guy says they do not have access to that info and promises that someone from the cashier dept would get back to her. We had received that same promise a couple times before as well, and we have never received a single email about it. She just talked to them again and the guy basically said the exact same thing. I probably could have gotten 50 cashouts from Pokerstars within this timeframe. /rant
