    Wow that sucks! Its this a Aced cashout problem or a Merge cashout problem?
    I lost a rakeback player on Aced due to cashout problems. The guy raked good around November- December, but he also have to wait a couple of weeks to get paid. He wrote my site an email about this problem, but there was nothing we could do on our end. Naturally the player have not played there since!

    Aced and Merge rooms if you have noticed it yet, youre losing players everyday because of this long payout frame!

    I have the same problem at Aced. I am only owed $300. I was paid by Brandon to write some articles, then I played a few hands on aced and rounded that payment up to $300.

    I had a helluva time with Aced trying to get the money out. I tell them I don't have the check, and they offer to put the money back in my account. I tell them I don't want the money in my account, I want it in my mail box, and round n round we go.

    My emails to Aced usually get answered like that. When I did give in and say whatever, just put it in my account, it never did show up there.

    I IMed brandon a few times, for awhile he was responsive. The last time I IMed him I made it very clear that I was not happy, and asked him to just pay for his articles via paypal, as he'd originally assured me I'd have no problems cashing the money out of Aced, he never responded to that IM.

    I finally just gave it up, I'll be writing the money off on last years taxes, and I deleted Aced from my sites, and my pc.

    I hope you have a better end result Josh.

    Thanks. It is indeed very frustrating. Checking the mailbox everyday and being disappointed is a daily routine for me. I just don't understand why PS, FTP, AP/UB, Cake and Bodog (I'm assuming Bodog & Cake) can pay U.S. players without a hassle but Merge can't.

    Another downside is a couple of our affiliate accounts on the Merge network have went from making $x,xxx to $xxx/month over the last year. The icing on the cake is the fact that I (and my players) have to pay $15 to receive a check that takes 2+ months. Didn't Pokerstars give players $50-100 for a few week delay in cashouts last year? I don't know why anyone even bothers playing there. I suppose most of my revenue comes from new players that haven't tried to cashout yet. Its starting to become unethical to promote Merge rooms imo.

    I dont have any merge rooms on my main sites and the sites iam making at the moment anymore. This is mainly because I can seriously recommend any room to my visitors when they are slow as hell to pay..
    I remember that i like 2 months ago had some revenue in a merge room account. Tryed to cash it out to my moneybookers and it took like 7. days before I had the money.
    Other rooms can make several payouts daily to moneybookers/neteller but not Merge rooms, some even make instant payouts (FT, PS).
    players like to get paid quick, or else they just move on to another site/network.

    Only merge rooms iam considering is Reefer Poker, because of their nice brand and Pokernordica because of their focus on the scandinavien market..But as long as there is payout problem they are not coming up at my sites!

    This is pretty ridiculous. I think this needs to be addressed immediately.

    I contacted Brandon about this a little while back and he did everything he could. If Aced handled their own deposits/withdrawals I know Brandon would have got the money to us within a week so I don't blame him or anyone at Aced. I'm not dissing you Brandon , I'm just frustrated with the Merge Network in general, from a player's and affiliate's perspective.

    Because Merge SUCKS and the others don't. Aced and Carbon and even Reefer are such a massive waste of time.

    Merge will be gone in a few years, remember I said it.

    Good luck Josh, I know you make payments on time and it's a shame that companies don't know what the hell they are doing. Get the god damned money and put it in the mail, honestly. They think they can tempt you to gamble it away, that's not their job once you request a cashout. Get it through your poor, un business savvy heads you idiots. This goes for other sites as well, but particularly Aced. Josh is not the first one that I have heard this from. YOU WILL NEVER GROW WITH THIS KIND OF OPERATION.

    Man... this is a pretty F - upped situation. I don't think I want to keep promoting any Merge rooms any longer if this is how they operate.

    So they owe you money, isn't it possible to get a lawyer and try to bring them to an international court? They (Merge) operate within the European Economic Area, don't they?
