Thanks Brandon. Since I made that post on the 27th we have contacted Livechat twice and both times have been promised that someone from the cashier dept would get back to us within 2 days. This is like the 5-6th time over the past month that they have said that. They are obviously just blowing us off and I don't know what to do. We should have saved all of these convos...you guys would be lol'ing.

Ok finally back home...20 hours later so I am pretty tired.

First let me clear up Merge handles our payment processing and support. These are the two aspects of Aced that I don't have control over unfortunately. With that said however it is something that I am bringing to their attention because its truly unacceptable right now.

Payment processing is the hardest thing to maintain in this industry but one of the most important factors as well.

For both of you I will be bringing the situation up with the heads of merge and demanding prompt results. I am embarrassed it has taken this long as with both situations I was told it would be taken care of. Its my fault for not following up soon to confirm as I made the error of assuming it was done.

I will contact both of you tomorrow when I get into the office and will keep you update on the progress. I WILL make this right in the best way I can.

Thank you. If by any chance you have any of the chats saved it would really help as I am going to be speaking with the merge guys about all of this. The more information I have the better we have at not only fixing these issues, but preventing future ones as well.

I received it yesterday. I just hope it doesn't bounce lol. I'm more pissed about having 7 different Livechat people tell us that someone from the cashier dept will get back to us, over the course of a month, than I am about waiting 2 months for the check. I suppose all's well that ends well.

I really have a distrust for Merge - they really surround themselves with some shady people and businesses.

Had high hopes for them - those were all shattered with what I just witnesses on their site today in terms of Partners.

Sad!!
