Pokerstars cashout problem?

WTF!!

I just cashout from pokerstars as usual and hit the ok button, it was a few hundred $$$ but after hitting ok it said "your cashout for $0.00 has been processed"

Checked my email and got this:

Cashout request time: 2010/02/12 0:22 WET

Cashout amount: USD 0.00

No pending cashouts showing, nothing in my history and nothing in neteller where it was going.

I just don't get it, and dont know where it's gone! anyone had this before?

Yeah emailed tem straight away.

Got this response

"Please note that our processor experienced temporary connectivity problems. For this reason, Payment Services will have to verify the status of your cashout request manually, once our processor is back up. Once they do this, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you if your cashout was successful or not.

Should your cashout not be successful, your funds will be credited back to your PokerStars account balance. You will then be able to make another cashout request if desired.

Unfortunately, we do not hold a time frame for when we will be able to complete this process. As such, we kindly ask that you await a confirmation email from Payment Services."

Just thought it all a bit wierd, thousands of cashouts and never once had a problem. The way it happened was pretty strange, guss I'll just have to wait.

Contact the support through email one of my friend already had this kind of error b4 but got sorted out soon..

My advice - do not play at Poker Stars and would not be such problems ...
