I meant in a room with traffic. The thing is this was patent pending and now it is not likely they complete that application, so who will get the patent if anyone (of the major rooms)? Rush poker is irrelevant without traffic.

I'd be surprised if anyone could patent the whole concept. PokerStars is supposedly close to a beta, or at least that was the word a month or two ago.
