Ok I am cryptic now, thanks for the compliment.
You know I could be wrong, I do not know for sure who is the owner and what kind of deal he has made with betfair. And maybe betfair stole is as well (lol). But the 3 ladies smiling are a betfair image. Betfair.com: Online Betting, Sports Betting, Horse Racing, Football | Bet Poker, Casino & Games.
edit: yes type casino; you will see them from a different angle as these are models hired by betfair I suppose; search more I am sure you find this exact image.
Personally I think the message is wrong here. When I forst looked at the banners I also thought it was an online poker room...
I'd consider changing the message to being more relevant and to the point. Not sure of examples, but perhaps:
"Dealers are always the best poker players - learn to lay like them... "
Deal like a pro"
Just my opinion here (obviously)
Whichever casino you're referring to probably acquired a license to use these images, I doubt it outright owns them. These are generic images used on many websites - as long as the designer acquires the appropriate license for them there shouldn't be any "copyright issues".

Edit:
Re OP's question. I agree with CarbonAtil and Unknown Webmaster. Also, maybe you could try having the name of the website on the banners, for branding purposes.
Edit - didnt read charlie's post and he linked it -

appreciate the feedback everyone.
Stephen, I appreciate the feedback on the message... that is one of the things I struggled with. I went with the 'make money dealing cards' to appeal to major concerns right now (ie, people need $$, hard to find work, people want ways to make money). I had a few other sayings there along the similar vein...
I do agree that these look way to much like 'play poker' banners and not 'since you already play poker you should think about the extremely lucrative and high paying job that poker dealing affords you'. Maybe i work in the dealer-training.com name as well...
Sending these instructions to the designer for revision.
1. Change the background images from the ladies playing roulette to something more 'poker' focused.
2. Change the word emphasis from 'play poker' to 'make money dealing cards'.
3. Confirm that you did not steal these images, pamela is quite concerned. (lol, jk).
Promote the only Home Based Poker Dealing School on the net via Clickbank with these banners.

I think they look great overall Spry. I agree with the changes you're implementing. I would go with images of someone dealing cards if possible, but anything poker is good.
Do you have figures on what the average dealer makes? Or does your course teach potential dealers how to be a top earner? If so, what about using something like "Make up to $xx,xxx as a Poker Dealer - Learn More"?
