And I like the new call to action button/bullets you made, however if it was me I'd move them to the top of the page. I like to have my call to action visible when first clicking on the page, and the fluff later.

Its deffitnely better IMO. A few thoughts. So now there are these 3 red step buttons. It might be easier if you under step one list the rooms there, or recommend one room so they dont have to make a choise but just click.

Then rake requirement under step 2 button.

Since you are doing the lessons on skype, then why not add your skype details right away.
"If you have any questions or need help signing up, add me to skype. My skype name is: "the2ndbestHUplayerintheworld".

I think it´s fine that there is a little intro text before the calls to action.

About the video, i would say MAX 4min. There must be some way to just talk about the highlights without having to turbo talk.

Another thing. Im not crazy about you having a PAS banner there. I think very few will know what being an affiliate is, and i think another choise of advertising would be better.
Im not talking about the rakerace banner, but the blue banner.

I couldn't quite get it down to under 4 mins but I managed to get it down from 14 mins to under 6 and that's what we have up now.

I want to say thanks again for all of the feedback and help with this page. I have to say that sign ups have shot up over the last few days and I'm fairly confident that's not a coincidence!

I hope you all have a huge boost in sign ups as a good karma reward!
