Hey i owned this site for like 1.5 yr and i gets like 1000-1500 uniqe visitors/month but i have problems getting RMP.

What can i change with the site to make it better?

You force people to scroll down to see any offers at all and you have expired security certificates on the right which block images on your site.

Unfortunetly the key is in the domain name and content, as it targets no deposit bonuses and free cash. It's unlikely you will get many depositing players.

Also maybe sort the side bars out and make the offers clearer and nearer the top of the home page, a nice side bar table with the no deposit offers should work much better than the current layout.

And also:

Add some relevent content to the inner pages rather than just a table of offers. Get a few hundred words (at least) under the bonus tables.

All the titile tags are also the same, get those changed so they show what to expect on each individual page.

Most of the forum posts appear to be in Swedish and the site is a .se should the content be Swedish also? Is that where your visitors are from?

Getting rid of the 32 external links would be a good start from an SEO point of view. Especially the questionable footer links.

Well, it's a Swedish domain but the content is in English, well most of it. That's kinda strange.

Nodeposit gambling is as it says on the label - people do NOT want to make a deposit to RMPs are rare.

People prepared to take on matched deposits will be far more likely to be RMPs.
