Site Review non-poker site please

Please review my online lottery website. This site is about one year old, getting app. 70-80 visitors a day, mostly for long tail keywords but I am slowly getting to a point where the site hopefully will rank well for big volume keywords. The bounce rate seems to be rather high though.

Main question here is, should I get rid of a few of those banners and make more relevant articles visible instead, like a News section? Any other suggestions to improve the performance?

Looks good, I would probably ditch the top banners for a more attractive header. Lot of possible signups might be a bit put down by all the banners.
Not sure about the news section though will be a lot of work to keep that one updated, 70-80 a day is really good though good job!

When first visiting your site, I was confused by the two sidebars. Also, the text "Kaufen Sie Ihren Spielschein jetzt" is too long for the width of the sidebar (tested it with IE and Chrome). You might shorten that to "Jetzt Lottoschein kaufen"
As suggested, I would remove both banners on top and replace them with a professional looking logo. The bet365 displays soccer betting odds - not really what I would be looking for if googling for lotto online.

Thanks for the good advice. It kind of confirms my own thoughts, especially the logo and the banner issue. I think I will put one 90x90 banner for the one highest jackpot on the right and the list with the next jackpots to be drawn will go beneath it. Then, instead of the left sidebar, I'll have a module or menu box displaying more article headlines and news. That will make the site look more informative and less "Buy Me".
Then, I'll try to get on the first page for "online lottery"and "online lotto".

Looks neat, I would do away with one of the two banners on top and make a logo, it will make the site look less cluttered too.
