Add an option to subscribe for a newsletter. Once you have 50 or 100 subscribers you can start emailing them. Or you can install a plugin which notifies them...

I would get rid of the poker sites in the sidebar (too unrelated to your site) and focus on sportsbetting. You could replace those poker rooms with a 250x250 banner for example.
