It looks like last year we had 10 players. If we have more interested parties we may want to consider adding two spots to make it 12.

I think last year we did $200 but I am fine with $150 or $100 if we need to lower it to get more players.

The auction is the best part! It doesn't take much longer and way more skill (btw last year's champ).
