Yeah i thought of that. Its a valid idea. However how long do you think those players will last. Any company cannot solely depend on an existing base of players. They will need NEW player bases....

I would be willing to make a bet, they change the terms at least within 60 days after the Budapest convention and remove the 5% rule.
