Haven't personally used them, but I've heard nothing but bad things about Godaddy's hosting service. They don't use cpanel so why bother, there are much better options.

I've been using them since 2007 for a reseller account. In that time I think there has been 1 issue due to a hardware failure. Not sure about the dedicated IPs you would have...
