hit analytics settings
in the bar that says "report" go to the right and hit "edit"
Then there is an option to "add filter"
Choose exclude all traffic from IP and enter your ip but...

I would strongly suggest that you start using google analytics, its a great tool. But remember to exclude your own IP to get the exact number of visits you are getting

Whats stats do you mean? Webalizer/awstats or GA excluding your own IP
