Once you have a regular pattern of when you do updates, google seems to eventually start updating faster.

So if you post everyday, it should index at least everyday. One of my blogs gets indexed...

Wordpress seemed to be indexed really quickly.

Also install adsense on your site temporarily if it is not restricted. This usually speeds up the process.
