The only reason I went as high as 4 to 5,000 is because that domain is a category killer. The value from a keyword perspective would be much lower, as there aren't that many searches for horse poker.

CoolDog - I didn't mean for that to sound so harsh, it wasn't my intention to offend, my apologies if I did. I believe the entire appraisal market was created by domain sellers to inflate the selling...
I would never pay for a domain appraisal and I don't ever consider them even if someone says they have had a domain appraised that I am considering buying. I've never seen one that was anywhere close...
