Most (I think all) Merge rooms take a lot of deductions (deposit bonuses, VIP rewards, mostly any value a player can get) out of your MGR before they pay you. So, you might have players rake 10k but...
Well, most Merge rooms take a lot of deductions, so that could be why your effective rate is closer to 15% as opposed to 40% on the total MGR generated by your players.
Sounds like you should stop promoting RPM and keep promoting the skins that are working for you...
