Very good advice - If I can add, I like to keep goals in steps ie I want to move up this many spots, I want my traffic to increase by this much within this...

Can I just ask why people suggest to others not to shoot for big terms. This isnt to say what people are saying is wrong but I think your limiting yourself and possibilties by thinking its impossible...
