No one is saying that person should be sued. They are within "fair use" However, the problem is people using 2/3 to the whole article of others.

After reading this whole thread. I have to side with Righthaven.

2/3 of an article is not "fair use" and they should be sued! I said it once but I will say it again. Buying copyrights to sue...

I think there's 2 lessons to be learn here.

1) Copyright infringement will get you sued, fine, and maybe put in jail.

2) Buying copyrights to sue people who infringe on the copyright is a good...

I thought that same thing. Might be his business model.
