    Default Sportsbook rakeback

Are there any affiliates who provide "rakeback" or losses back from their revenue sharing to the betters signed up their trackers?

Is this frowned upon by the sports betting affiliate programs? It would seem to me looking at how well rakeback converts players in poker that it would be the same and provide +EV for sports betters. Any advice is welcome.

    Cheers

I am not sure what you mean, but if you mean a gambler looses x dollars, if there are rebates yes we do that, BUT is a case by case basis.

Hey CasinoJack, great stuff. How does it work for affiliates who want to offer some sort of incentives back to their players? Is it totally off limits? Not rakeback, but a gift program much like PSO or PokerSavvy.com

    its not like poker

you get paid on total nett losses for a month, which unfortunately includes your nett winners, very much unlike poker and the basis of rakeback.

Faststeady is spot on, completely different set up with sportsbook as opposed to poker.

Some sportsbook affiliates will pay you on turnover only if required, betfair pay you a commsision on their comission and many arel prepared to do hybrid deals, a mixture of turnover and revenue share or CPA

But in terms of rakeback i dont know of any sportsbook that offers this, personally dont see how it would work.

That said if you have a novel idea then i have no doubts that certain sportsbook affiliate programs would be prepared to listen and possibly have a go if it was worth it for both sides.

    Dear Connor,

Rakeback won't be the right term to be used in Sports Betting.
The Sportsbook might decide to reward the individual players if they want.

However, rakeback is not a possibility as unlike poker, you loose the commission when players win.

The answer lies in the comp point programs and VIP programs offered by various sportsbooks.

    Regards,
    Raj
