    Default multiple separate affiliate accounts??

    hey guys

how do you approach this. I have a couple of partners from different parts of the world.

Is it ok to have more than one affiliate account in my name (at the same books) that are not connected in any way.

this way i can keep earnings separate and avoid a big win on one account affecting another one, as this would unfairly affect my partners.

up to now we've kept them in separate names, but as I expand, I would rather hold full control over payments

    cheers

Thats a great question with a tough answer !

Some programs will allow you to have multiple accounts, normally the ones that don't bundle. Programs that bundle may have a problem with it....the best thing to do is write each manager and see if they will allow it.

    Hope that helps a little?

    Thumbs up

    Perfect question Fast,

In fact, I have myself been pondering over the same situation as have some projects in pipeline which would be comfortable to run with multiple affiliate accounts on the same brand due to partners.

Would be great if you could share a list of those who allow this by posting here or by PM.

    Thanks.

Rewards Affiliates is one I know that allows this.

Probably best to ask your reps so you don't run into problems later.

Add: some programs don't allow duplicate physical addys and duplicate urls in the sign up form.

I don't think there should be any issues with this at all. Sure a program might not want you spreading out your players like this in the event that a big winner would wipe out only 1 entire account as opposed to 1/3 of the traffic. Just don't give other programs an excuse to close other accounts or add them all up so just make sure you create 2 extra websites for the 2 other partners just to say here is my traffic.
