MJ these brands are well before your time. I think for most part now the companies service players they had prior to 2006. Unless I am missing and something changed. Pretty sure they don't take US or Canada (new players that is) yet there entire marketing focus is US and Canada (old players that is). Can't imagine for life of me what reason you'd have to affiliate them and what sign ups you might draw as a result.

I was just posting reviews I had for some reason stockpiled, I think at one point I went through and ordered a review for every A, B, and maybe even C+ books that were listed on SBR and ended up with things like matchbook (no aff program), carib sports, just bet, nine, etc.

Figured if I had the review up I should have a tracker, not doing anything beyond that though. I figured as much though Prop thanks for the advice!

When logged into to VIP.com click anything to go to rewards page and it is just goes to a white page. I emailed them close to a year ago and they said it was being updated. It never worked since. Asked a friend and they told me the same.

Nine.com is closed for new players and I believe has been since 2007. Existing players are still catered for, but from my understanding and knowledge no new players are accepted.
