Not so sure it matters one way or another, but these two statements conflict. If GBGS is doing the processing and its full turnkey system this is likely why SBR initiated rating at C+ the same exact rating as BetED.

Again really not sure it matters, just an observation of conflicting information which was reported to have come on phone call with SBR, versus what seems to be claimed in this post.

(Edited for clarity) We use the same software provider as BetEd but are entirely independent of their operations and processing

TheSportsbook enters the SBR sportsbook rating guide at C+. The book is the newest member to the Great Bet Gaming Systems platform, which also powers and shares ownership with BetEd (SBR rating C+). TheSportsbook tells SBR that Great Bet Gaming is supplying a full turnkey solution that includes processing, player and odds management, as well as customer support. TheSportsbook states that it intends to be player-friendly and give bettors the benefit of the doubt with disputes however, with BetEd as decision maker behind player management, these goals may be overly ambitious. | BetEd voids winnings

The deal is not full "turnkey", there are a number of projects that we work on, they provide the software. We are awaiting a couple of technical items on our list to be complete so we have full control over everything.
As I explained to Lou at SBR when we had a call...
We will have our own support staff inside 3 weeks, currently this is a shared resource of the parent company.

When the line management tool is complete we will run our own lines, currently we are running off their opening lines unless weight of money or a difference of opinion on specific games occur.

Currently it is somewhat turnkey, however we have full control over any trading and player management decisions.

I meant inplay betting aka live betting. I see that BetEd offers it so curious as to why you don't at this point.

Hi Prenut -currently we are not able to offer in play service due to the nature of us not having the ability to run our own lines exclusively from a single liability point.

As soon as this is available we will be adding this to our portfolio.

Thanks for response Ian. I was actually trying to find info on AKs suggestion that books were offering player to player withdrawals I was taken to SBR news feed via Google reading, came across it and realized it didn't look to say the same thing Tom had said. Anyways thanks for clarifying.
