Bookmaker Deposit Fees?

My fees are massive recently compared to deposits, like in that something can't be right here? I didn't notice before because my players were losing so much and I wasn't really looking at stats, but now when I look at it and going back through account histories it looks like something is off.

Anyone else here have stats that are really concerning for fees?

I think its against TOS to post full details (so keep that in mind) but a simple yeah it looks like an issue, or no looks fine on my end, would be great.

This is the first time I've ever seen deposit fees in my stats. I see them now for the last 2 weeks.

Just went through, and the last 2 weeks is the first times I have been charged deposit fees. They are just a couple % points of total deposits.

The deposit fees passed to me are about 2%, meaning they are using about an 8% of fees as the base.

Okay, great thanks. I'm glad to hear this as mine was much higher. I'll follow up. Generally I see charge backs accounted separate but maybe they tossed them in their together with this new fee they didn't list b4. I feel less frustrated after hearing someoneelses stats are not same as mine.
