You know when you guys set up to target a foreign countries betting market, do you host the site on your own server, or do you try and find one in the country of which you are targeting, or does it not matter?

Edit: Also, say if you went for an Aussie domain name, which you you rather go for, a .com/net/org.au or a would a regular just .com/.net/.org hold more rank?

The #1 sport betting game in Italy is Soccer as well, and the percentage is even more skewed than France I think . In France it's 70% of the sports betting market, has to be 90% or something in Italy.
