Which Odds Formats Are Used In Which Regions?

I'm looking to put together a list of which regions use which odds format as I don't want to be showing fractional odds to US punters as I'd assume most users wouldn't understand this.

I'll start the list if others can chime in...

UK - Fractional
US - American
CA - ?
Eastern Europe - ?
Asian - ?

Europe is decimal odds.
Most Asian countries prefer decimals odds on the "asian handicap" style of betting.

I find a lot of casual Canadian bettors like decimal odds because of the government betting lotteries that use the decimal odds.... but any serious bettor here will mostly use American odds as far as I'm aware.
