I am pretty big fan of ALL-IN now. The Cake network had a rough start summer but things seem to be on the rebound. What's cool about AIP vs. the others is their banking. They developed their own cashier system and have been able to get their players paid 5x faster than even CakePoker.com has been. They offer rakeback and all the other 'offers' that other skins have on the network. Another cool thing is the owners are affiliates themselves and really (REALLY) do get how the business works. If you're needing a legitimate new room for your site I'd really consider AIP. Lars (Pokerpromo) posts here all the time so he's easy to reach.
