Please join me in welcoming the DocSports.com Affiliate Program to PAL and into the spotlighted area.  I am especially excited to bring this program onto PAL because both Greg and I have been working very closely with Doc's over the last couple months to bring this affiliate program to fruition.  DocSports.com has one of the best reputations in the sports picks industry.  DocSports.com is family owned and has been serving customers since 1971!

The brand really speaks for itself, so let me tell you a little about how we set up the affiliate program.  To avoid any tracking or payment issues we have initially launched on the shareasale.com affiliate network.  For those of you who promote outside of gaming, you are probably very familiar with Shareasale.  The beauty of Shareasale is that the network is stable and trusted within the overall affiliate industry.  Likewise, all merchants have to deposit funds and always have their account funded for future commissions.  This eliminates the risk of affiliates not getting paid at the end of the month.

The affiliate commission is 20% of all sales for the lifetime of the customer.  The average customer value per year of a DocsSports customer is over $1000, and you will earn commissions for as long as they remain Doc's customers.  We have also set the program up so that cookies will never expire.

In order to help you convert traffic we have created special landing pages for each sport that will allow you to offer your traffic FREE $60 In Picks. Here is an example here.  There are also a variety of banners in the backend and we'll be adding more as the different sports seasons cycle through.

Another bonus is that both Greg and Myself will be working behind the scenes and managing the program for Docs.  So if you need anything we're very easy to find.  You can email affiliates@docssports.com, but since you're a PAL member it may be easiest to catch one of us here or on skype.

The beauty of sports picks is just when one sport is ending, another is beginning.  It's been fun working with Doc's thus far and I'm really looking forward to working with affiliates on a more personal basis.  If you've been looking to diversify a bit or promote a new product on your sites, this is a great option.

Jeremy, in the shareasale backend, what constitutes a sale? I'm assuming a registration, but just want to confirm.

Yes, a registration shows up as a transaction right now at $0.00.

I'm really glad to see these guys add a real affiliate program, personally I think it will be huge and anyone with sports traffic should take a serious look at promoting these guys - they have been around forever, and have the stats to show it. I've also met them personally, and it was clear to me they are very hard workers.

Wish I had the traffic to promote them now, but surely have a reason to consider adding it back in the mix. Welcome to PAL guys.

Is there anywhere on the free $60 landing page that explains how the free $$ works or how to get the free sports picks? I don't see it and do have some people interested in checking it out. The landing you have linked above looks like a place to enter the email... i'm assuming that is step 1?

any elaboration on how it all works would help.
