Hjalmar, could you give us a quick overview of the program? I was looking through your affiliate pages the other day, but they don't really give a whole lot of information.

Affiliates:

• What commission tiers do BestPoker offer to affiliates
• Do you offer bonus codes? And if so, do they over-write clicks?
• Do you guys run a regular newsletter or something similar to keep affiliates up to date with promotions?
• When do you pay affiliates and by what methods?
• Does BestPoker have any USP's when compared to other European poker rooms?

Players:

• What sign up bonus can new players take advantage of?
• What sort of regular tournaments do you guys run and what cash prizes are available in them?

I'll probably add some more questions as I think of them, but that will do for starters!

As much as I think things like commissions are important, it really doesn't matter if the brand is not very good. Here are the questions that so few affiliate departments answer in their crap emails that go out when trying to attract affiliates that I like to know before I promote a room:

Jeremy mentioned it "converts very well in the European and Nordic markets". Why?

What does your room do to stand out from every other online poker room?

What does your room do to stand out from other rooms on the same network?

How do you market your room? Is it 100% affiliates or do you purchase ads in print or television?

Why would an affiliate want to promote Best Poker?

What fees do you pass on to your affiliates?

What program do you use for tracking affiliate statistics?

Once a player signs up to your site, what do you do to try and convert that player to a real money player if they have not deposited within the 1st week of signing up?

How many languages is your site available in?

What deposit methods do you accept?

Is the site Mac Friendly?

I have a simple question - are we supposed to refer to it as the ongame network still or the bwin network? I realize this is a bit unrelated to your specific room but I think it still applies and would be helpful if you don't mind answering.

Hey, Just had a quick look... a little problem with your geo-targeting

Language comes up as Hungarian for me, (based on loction, right) since I don't speak a word of it I switched over using the pull down menu to English... issue that came up was that banners in the centre of the page were all still Hungarian.

No big deal for me, but if you are going to geo-target the languages this aggressively it is probably worthwhile ironing out these crinkles!

To be perfectly honest, I'm a disappointed that there hasn't been a reply by the AM yet - Not even a "sorry guys, I'm super busy at the moment, I will get back to you".

I would like to know some more about what makes you an especially attractive choice for affiliates, who have Nordic traffic.

The "Poker in the Sky" promotion seemed pretty cool, do you plan to do more things like that?
