Hi Guys,

I have had feedback on negative carry-over of course, but at the moment there are no plans to change it. However I have responded to this concern with the following, after spending time auditing the accounts and the effect negative carry-over can have on affiliate partnerships: -

I monitor the impact negative carry over has on our affiliates. This is done through a negative carry over report (weekly), highlighting all affiliates that have been seriously affected.

The actually frequency of instances of negative carry over wiping out an affiliate is actually extremely rare - as you probably know from the various holds of the different games, it is mainly the house that wins, therefore benefiting the affiliate. Negative carry over causes its biggest problems when an affiliate has only a few depositors to their name, and one of these does exceptionally well. In the majority of cases I've seen, the affiliates generate positive revenue.

I also believe the cost of cancelling negative carry over, whilst not huge because it doesn't occur often, needs to be balanced, perhaps by minimising resource in other areas of the programme...

At bet365 we like to offer our partners our take on a true partnerhip where we share in the highs, and lows, together. As I have already mentioned, our customer value is extremely importsnt to us and as such we provide outstanding customer service, which only serves to benefit you guys in the long run as over time you see the consistency of your revenue share.

james , b365 has a great reputation across all its verticals. i have personally played poker, casino and sports bet at the site .....have no trouble whatsoever with tracking, you also offer a good sign up incentive, so its a great package allround.....ditching carryover would just be the cherry on the cake
